Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property

The website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by SUN DESIGN SERVICES LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Client Work

Upon full payment of all fees, clients receive ownership of final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to display and reference completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
